We at Greater Level Training (GLT) are committed to sustainable healthy behavior change. In order for healthy changes to occur, individuals must commit to a health habit. Additionally, it is easier to make changes when working with a group of people, rather than doing it on your own. Therefore, GLT has designed virtual membership programs to follow a 11-week small group format. Further, GLT can develop specific traning for institutions/corporations.
Each session is led by a team of GLT coaches and interns.
