We at Greater Level Training (GLT) are committed to sustainable healthy behavior change. In order for healthy changes to occur, individuals must commit to a health habit. Additionally, it is easier to make changes when working with a group of people, rather than doing it on your own. Therefore, GLT has designed virtual membership courses to follow a 10-week small group format.
Each session is led by a team of GLT coaches and interns.

COURSES ARE AVAILABLE MONDAYS-THURSDAYS FROM 6:00A.M.-7:00P.M. CENTRAL STANDARD TIME
Training that involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body and a calm mind.
Training designed to provide a non-traditional exercise that will increase your heart rate, allow you to listen to your favorite music and (most of all) have fun. This course will use specific flow art props such as hula hoops, poi and more.
Training designed to take you on a journey to learn how to eat healthier each day. This course will educate you on the basics of nutrition, your individual needs, tricks to eating the right amounts of the right foods and how to maintain eating healthier for life.
YOUTH POSITIVE SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL
Training designed to encourage the identification and management of emotions within the context of family and community, child development and capacity to form secure relationships, negotiate conflicts and cope with common challenges.
Early Childhood (3-4 year old): Preschool
Early Adolescence (11-14 year old): Middle School
CHAIR CREATIVE MOVEMENT
Training designed to provide various movements to your favorite music with specific flow art props such as hula hoops, poi and more. This course is designed for those desiring to stay seated. Get ready to dance and learn a way of movement that is very different from anything you have ever done.
FUNCTIONAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
Training designed to challenge you past your perceived limits to help reach your fitness goals through a wide variation of plyometric and single arm and leg movements.
PARENT EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT
Training designed to assist parents in discovery of effective self-strengths, enhancement of parenting skills and understanding children’s cognitive and developmental growth.
Training designed to provide you with a total body workout using chair and standing strength and yoga movements to improve muscle endurance, range of motion and activities for daily living.
Training designed for the whole body that allows for variations, exploration and modifications.
A practice for all levels with emphasis on the body, breath and mind connection all while stretching, strengthening, flexing, and toning to help you feel better, healthier and more grateful.
Training designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). It involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.
